Which would mean he started teaching when he was 11 years old?

Master Sken has taught us to respect ourselves and others and discipline,I wonder Trollvirus has got any respect for yourself and others.
If you mean Thai Bri and whether I respect him, then the answer would have to be no.
His general disrespect for everyone is all over this board.

As for Sken, yes I do respect him and always have done.
As to others, they get respect up front, and every further action either maintains it or detracts from it.

not exactly a "climbing elbow" but more of what sportmuaythai described at timemark 3:16 on this clip of Saekson Janjiras fighter Esh Chadar Brownton

just an attempt to get the thread back on track...........

Even though Sken is high up im MT i did think one of his demonstrations had a look that TKD had rubbed a lot off on him.

Not a bad thing but he does mix the two together in some of his demo's.

I do too. There is no reason at all to disrespect other people's arts, nor there Masters. He should take a good look at himself.

This Jujitsu Master talking about Master Sken, when they were on the door together. I was witness to Sken's supreme fighting skills when we were 'invaded' by the Maoris rugby team. They were all bloody monsters. It kicked off and all I saw was Sken leaping about dropping about 5 or more Maoris using elbows and knees. bloody awesome! The last man was treated to a double jumping knee to the head, Sken had him in the typical Thai style head hold. He dropped like a puppet with its strings cut.
I do remember an account of Sken taking three guys out for the count in a club in Bolton some years ago. Don't know if they were Maori's though!

But 5? That's an amazing acheivement from anyone, let alone someone not that big physically.

But hey! What do I know? He is one of the top MT guys in this country and can certainly do the business well enough to take me out! No danger!

Arjarn Sken is very well respected in Thailand having been awarded one of the best and most accomplished Muaythai teacher by Minister of Sport and Education of Thailand. He was presented a Blazer of honour at Sukhothai. As stated by Sammeung, who like myself know Ajarn Sken.
By the way I have known Arjarn Sken for 25yrs and count him as a dear friend and Arjarn.
Oh one more thing just because you can't do a particular technique it doesn't mean it can't be done, by some-one like Arjarn Sken who has perfect technique and speed to apply this. So go off and practice and maybe one day you will.
    All the best in muaythai

Many thanks sportmuaythai,I am very glad to know that you do know Orono and met him.I think that he does not like to teach, as many fighters can fight but can't teach. To be a teacher, you need a lot of patient, good techniques and good comunication skills. All the best to you-sportmuaythai

After posted,I realised what I did. It must be Punch drunk. Arjarn Pot and Orono visited England and Orono fought against Michael Liewfat of Holland at Master Sken show about 1989.
No problem, Mr.Sammeung. Orono worked as trainer at Fairtex where I train, last year. I guess that he didn't like teaching, since he stayed for a very short while.
