    I would say the bag you are kicking might be too hard or your not kicking correctly.

      Do not kick or hit your legs with sticks or poles of any kind. Kicking the bags will have the same effect! Bag kicking makes the nerves dead and also creates small hair line fractures that heal and make your shin stronger. Using pipes or sticks will only dent your bone or damage it in a negative way. Trust me on this!!! Hitting the bags is how they do it in Thailand!

        Here`s some useful info guys, this is the basis for all bone ajustments! But we all know that MA`sts knew this from the very start,.

        Wolff's law is a theory developed by the German Anatomist/Surgeon Julius Wolff (1835-1902) in the 19th century that states that bone in a healthy person or animal will adapt to the loads it is placed under. If loading on a particular bone increases, the bone will remodel itself over time to become stronger to resist that sort of loading. The converse is true as well: if the loading on a bone decreases, the bone will be adapted and become weaker.
