why would you need a point of reference if you can see his face and clearly contrast the size of the gash to the size of his head?

I think if you put the coin in the slot a candy bar comes outta his mouth.

Ya know, this is the sorta thing why I do a lot more talkin' than fighting...

On a similar note; I was watching a televised karate tournament last night where you could get points taken away for "excessive contact." I mean, these guys hardly touched each other! But boy, could they holler!

Like "writing your name on a toilet and selling it for ten grand" modern art...or "minimalist asshole spatter" modern art?

Good reason to completely shave your head before the fight. Makes stitching a lot easier!

Hmmmm.... Are there any theories on whether or not having a full head of hair offer any protection?

It may do, but imagine the splite ends?

These guys should wear head gear and then elbow away to their hearts content. Cuts may get a fight stopped...... but they don't stop a fighter.

*sigh* Cuts from elbows is pretty much the only reason I would not want to fight in a full Muay Thai match. I don't care if it knocks me out as long as it doesn't maim my skin...I've got a day job, and I wouldn't want my opponent to bleed potential diseases all over me.

I've seen one like that, exact same angle, but starting at the left eye and going across the nose (from axe-elbow). It took place outside on the street
