yup...and for colds too. That shit is all mentol and camphor...just as good as vics vapo rub to put on the chest to open shit up.

...and occassionally on the inside of a carpenter's mask when I go to raves.

I use it everytime i train, i find it helps warm the muscles up and get rid of a few aches and pains. Always have a massage with it pre fight.
