How big is the gym you train at. I have trained for along time some in good size gyms and some in holes in the wall.
Just trying to get a feel for what size gyms you guys are training in.
My brother and I plan on opening a MT gym and we have been looking for a place for awhile.
We have found a 30'x100' 3000 sq feet which seems like a good size but will fill up fast once we get all the equipment in. It on the 2nd floor in an old 1900 brick commercial building. Think rocky.
We are not doing this to make money as with the price of the lease we will be lucky if we break even but I don't care I just want a spot for fighters in this are to train in a proper gym.
