I've asked today at the press conf, the guys said they'll try to negociate so the show will be broadcasted in US and Europe as well.

I also heard that JWP will be a contender. Also rumored to contend is ole laursen. Hopefully they'll get some other top thais in there(saenchai?). I think a show like this would do really well in the U.S.(Spike TV maybe) TUF has kind of been sucking lately!!

Saenchai is too small but if it was at his weight no one could beat him, no one in Thailand is even interested in fighting him.
Ole vs JWP would be a nice match. Arlsan is a very good fighter and Yodsanklai will be hard to beat.
The show will be good for Muay Thai those UFC reality show definately gave UFC ratings a boost in America.

The UFC show really just show'd how much of an idiot some of these guys can be. I mean alot of them are just upper-class whiteboy meatheads with no real work ethic. Not all, but the majority being spewed out by Mr.Dana White. Their training in my opinion is a joke, again just my opinion. The Thai's have it right. Hence why'd I'd never switch to mixed martial arts. They make it look like a joke & to me is insulting especially when they say they've trained in Muay-Thai or any other respected martial art.

:-) I'm totally with you. They should take a trip to Thailand and "try" to train in a "country side" muay thai camp :-)

My point was that the show had good ratings and made more people familiar and interested in MMA.

I agree there was a lot of guys on it that talked a lot of shit, i dont think that will happen in the Muay Thai show. Ole and JWP are humble guys for a start, i dont think Yodsanklai speaks much English. Sportmuaythai might know if he reads this?

I also laugh when i see some of those MMA guys say they are from Muay Thai backgrounds

I think the contender will be good for Muay Thai, and it makes me cringe when the guys on UFC start to talk about Muay Thai, clueless comes to mind often.
