1500 wont get you anywhere other than muscle loss city.
If you are training daily start at 3000 cals or more and work from there. the best you could do would to be to try and form some sort of regular diet.
that way you can monitor you weight loss/gain and adjust accordingly.
i can tell you for certain that 1500 calories will destroy you unless you are 12 year old girl

Do NOT get dieting for the average civilian that doesnt do any exercise confused with trying to become an athlete and losing weight.
