Hello!
I am about to turn 18(in a month) and I am going to start training kickboxing in like 2 weeks. I trained Judo from when I was 10-16 and I trained Goshindo from the age of 15-16(Goshindo is a "swedish" MMA-art, with Judo+Wrestling+Muy Thai+Western Boxing. When I turned 16 I quit training, and now I am very out of shape so my question to you is:: If I train, good, starting with 2 trainings/week and then increase it, could I ever become a good competitor in Kickboxing or MMA, or am I starting to late?
Looking at my background of Judo, should I go for MMA(start to train goshindo again) or could I become good at kickboxing?
Sorry for my bad english.
