The place in Sacramento where we train at has not even been open for a year but our Thai instructor who is world class retired Thai fighter and also trained people in MMA has made some really good fighters. Here is someone fighting from my gym. The guy who wins.

Trained with Kru Andy K. @ Gladiators Gym Redwood city way back in the day. A very good trainer, currently training with Kru Cheetah @ Emeryville right now.

I trained with Phil and his cousin Bobby Beckles when I lived in NJ! I have not talked with Phil in a while. He is an amazing martial artist! If anyone is in the NY area it is well worth your while to train with him!

Definitely. Phil is a good guy. Not only an amazing martial artists. I had the privilege to train with Master Sken for 15 years. However I now live in Thailand and just go to one of the local camps near my house.
