    Although its look easy to see how to punch but actually punch its an unique description and a lot trick from master muaythai teaching different technique each other.

    Actually It doesn’t matter basically all same . did u realized if u doing punch example jab or strike punch you will burn your Fat faster than you do treadmill or Jogging..
    Because if u do Wright punched or shadowboxing all your body will automation move.

    Do the shadow boxing 3 minute as 3 round with 1 minute rest. It will increase your fat Burning faster. Okey here the exercise, take a position for muaythai standing. and begun a shadow boxing in 3 minute, repeat it until 3 round. Imagine your opponent in front of you move from side to side , and at ed of round try to more speed your shadow boxing…
    After that try to combination your punch like uppercut ,hook and elbow or event with kick or elbow. Try it everyday and do it only a few minute. And u will learn speed ,and offcourse burning your fat faster.

    u will save your time too without go to gym for this, event at your small room you can do a shadow boxing Wright….. improve your punch every time itwill be increased your In sting about Muaythai ,Speed and knowing your Power.

    Note: every body have different metabolism sometime they have a quick metabolism some time not. Don’t give up for exercise, trust me I used to be a human with the 270 pond weight with the 4 feet tall. Now I have a 140 pond weight between 3 weeks exercise of muay thai and do shadow boxing.
