I have not trained in almost 10 years. Completely out of shape, with about 15-20 pounds of added body weight. In about 2 months I will be moving to an area that has a good Kickboxing camp, which I plan to sign up in. The camp has a Judo/Jiu Jitsu section I am also considering trying.
In the meantime, I want to use these 2 months to condition myself at home (and on the road) so I am not all pathetic once I get to the gym. Any advice on what exercises (or anything else I can do) during this time to get in a slightly improved condition?
