Are you talking about Justin or the other guy who took the test?

I hope you'll share some highlights (or notes) from your seminar adventures?

              Thanks kindly.

I'll tell all that I can.

On Saturday, we mostly went over boxing techniques and worked on elbow strikes at the end of the day. Nobody had to do pushups that day for forgeting to bow or something like that.

Sunday, we started where we left off with the elbows. Then, we worked on combinations of kicks, punches, knees, elbows, etc. We even worked on how to get into an armbar when a guy shoots in on you from the clinch. Chai also did a knife disarming demonstration that was just amazing. He also did his incredible paper-grabbing trick where one guy would hold the paper and up to four guys would try and stop Chai's hand from grabbing the paper. Chai grabbed the paper outta there almost before anyone even moved. We ended the day with conditioning and watched two people take the Thai test to become Krus. I'm pretty sure that both guys passed because both times they got the 60 kicks and 40 knees in. Overall, it was a great experience and I learned a lot of useful new stuff. Plus I got a tight pair of Thai shorts!
