Hey guys, I am relatively new to Muay Thai and recently had a pretty bad foot injury from connecting on a kick with the wrong part of my foot. It was bad enough to require crutches for a day or two.
Now, it's chronic because I am trying to find a middle ground between training and resting it. I can tell it's getting tougher, though.
My question is, would taping it up be good? How does taping work--compression, or what?
