Shotokan or Muay Thai?

      Yeah. I've also seen a lot of Shotokan guys with damaged elbows, tendonitis, etc, because you can only throw punches in the air for so long for you get hyper extension.

        muay thai, since it trains you to strike with punches, elbows, knees and kicks
        by the way, it has some good low kicks
