  • Upside down L hold?

    I want to hold my leg to the side(like an upside down L, but with the leg higher), but everytime i try to do it i start to get cramps on my thighs, is there anyway to get rid of it? stretches perhaps?

    Where on your thighs are you getting cramps exactly?

      Hi,

      On the side of the thighs of the leg im holding up with.

      it should look like:

      ()
      |
      |----------
      |
      |

      where the () is my head, the bottom | is my supporting leg, and the ------- is the leg im holding up.
