Muay Thai levels

In the US, i have seen alot of these classes springing up saying muay thai and being nothing more than aerobic kickboxing modeled on muay thai, they even have mma type classes for conditioning which were ridiculous.

Yeah George Ridiculous is the word for it,false advertising to,I dislike these health club "weekend instructor" classes that are becoming popular in UK health clubs to.

Hows Thailand? what camp are you training at George?.

Everything is good. Just taking a break to meet some friends who came in and will be training at lookbanyai, so i will join them in that training. I do my training at a small camp in bangkok, good trainers, solid learning. I also go to thaiyuth and train some of the old stuff when I have time and that pretty much represents my life. Training, sleeping and fights when they come up. Then take a break to do a little traveling or meet up with friends who come in. My teacher from the US will be here in a few months to take photos for his muay thai book so that will be fun.
