anyone watch this guys vids? i never saw him fight, sio not sure how deep is mt training runs, but he has some awesome pointers on boxing...and after hanging around various boxing coaches for three years at a gym, i can say i never saw what subtlties he shows.

Duke doesnt compare to Rick in terms of opponents and experience, but i heard duke is an excellent teacher and coach.

He He how many belts did Rick Roufus have? should of gave them all to Kietsongrit before the fight began.
Duke did see the light later on and get into Muay Thai,ive seen his instructional series and its there or therabouts but he didnt have a deep understanding of Muay Thai at that time.Comment

Hi firecobra, i did actually see dukes MT dvds, and like you thought they were ok, he can communicate well and explain things concisely, but it was like a mix of kickboxing and MT on the dvds. I feel maybe they in the end prefer kickboxing since that was always their main art and maybe the one they love more but later embraced MT.Comment
