Short video clip of my Ajarn demonstrating elbows!
Thanks guys,I hoped you would like it,Ajarn Narong moves quicker than that to,when you stand in front of him the air pops! Ill try to put a clip of him punching on for you all soon.
All you need is love........and a sharp blade.....a hardwood flat stick......Oh, oh, oh and a Paraordinance lda 14.45 loaded with 230 grain hydra shocks, ranger SXT's or golden sabres
firecobra! does your ajarn do muay thai and/or the older muay styles? I was just wondering because i didnt ask before. alot of the old teachers have incredible elbow techns because they must have really stressed them in the old days. Love to see the other clips when you get a chance....

Hi George,
My teacher told me in 1988 that his style was 100 years old as he knew it,he didnt know the history past that time period, everything about the way he trained was different to todays Muay Thai, his teacher was Pol Prapradang from Lopburi Pol was a very famous boxer with a renowned Wai Khru, Pol had 350 Muay Thai bouts and I belive never took a count,he had a very beautifull boxing style.
Ajarn Narong boxed in the 1960s alongside Sompong and Tongbai Jarenmuang,he was a very popular boxer at that time but not a champion,he told me he was to light to win a major title, also it got harder for him to get fights as he was knocking everybody out(he didnt belive in a win by points).
Thanks for being interested George,Im proud of my teacher.
I love this clip. The elbows are just popping. Met one old muay thai fighter his whole family fought. His grandfather was a fighter from the bare hand days and his father was a fighter and he was a fighter of course way retired now in his sixties but his hands were powerful as hell. He would definitely bust your jaw. Gotta be careful with these old guys! I'm training all day with these mad muay thai kids and some 60 year guy goes and busts your jaw....
