Friday Jan. 15th at 7:15 Europe's heavy weight K-1 champion will be teaching a Muay Thai seminar at the Crystal Fight Club. He is from Russia. He has had professional fights in London, and Russia and is famous for knocking out England's heavy weight kick boxing champion in 30 seconds!

I wanted to Hire Anton, the Russian Muay Thai expert but he regrettably had to return to Russia on some family business. I now need to hire another Muay Thai instructor. MMA fighters. I have another guest coach. His name is Luis. He grew up in a chinese monastery and is an expert in several martial arts. He is going to be at the Crystal Fight club and he is going to teach us submissions from Mongolian grappling. He is a very good wrestler and he has some very unique and effective submissions.
He is teaching this seminar at the gym Friday Feb 19th at 6:30 p.m. The gym is located at 6410 Bass Lake Road in Crystal, Mn.Comment
