Does anyone know of any Thaiboxing gyms around the city of Buffalo? I am interested in getting in shape again, but I do not know where to start over here. Thanks in advance.

good luck man. i am from rochester and have been looking for an authentic Muay Thai trainer for a while now. it all seems to be either kickboxing or that dutch Muay Thai which is basically another variation of kickboxing. i have been thinking lately i might just up and move to Thailand to train when i can. I guess it depends on if you are willing to go to one of those MMA gyms that have popped up all over the damn place now.
