Jan Plas died

This morning Jan Plas, founder of Mejiro Gym Amsterdam, died at 65 years of age. He was one of the pioneer of the Dutch kickboxing and Thaiboxing scene. He trained many of the biggest names in the sport. Rob Kaman, Peter Aerts, André Manaart to name a few.
What a fucked up week this is. First Anton Geesink and now Plas.

Woah Tick Im shocked,Jan Plas was the man who taught the men,a very sad day for Kick boxing in general and Dutch Kickboxing in particular.

My thoughts go out to Mr Plas family and friends.
