Enjoying the cambodia fights has anyone trained there?was wondeering what the training was like

Well my kru were from cambodia and told me that what we did was the same as in cambodia. It was rough I can say that. I feel like the training was more close to accurate as to what is actually done in Cambodia. I threw up during training sessions at their homes but not at the gym. The training days were split up like Monday punching Tuesday kicking Wednesday elbows and knees Thursday cliching and combinations Friday sparring Saturday what ever they felt like we needed to work on.

only got to see fights on one day and only the main fghts was a good level. went to one camp and it was raw like no equipment but they trained hard. thats all i got to see because i was there only two days. but i would like to go back and train next time. i enjoywatching the good fighters go at it.

from the footage of training it seems they have very little in terms of training equip but they get the job done so they are doing something right.

Had a friend who went to Pnom pen & he said he was amazed that the poor kids had nothing to train with. said they do one session a day not two at this one place he was going.
