What I picked up I picked up in Thailand just asked and read stufff visited classes and talked to teachers. Best resource is vincent giordano for this. His material is growing more and more important as time goes on because people are starting to see its the truth without the bull. Johntlp or kyuss could add to this as well as they are very into the topic and they might have something to add.
