    Hey everyone,

    I’ve been training consistently in Muay Thai and kickboxing, and my body’s taking a beating. I’m curious how you all use massage for recovery, injury prevention, and maintaining performance. Do you prefer deep tissue, sports massage, or specific techniques for legs/hips/neck after heavy sessions?

    How often do you schedule massage during intense training camps or after fights? Have certain therapists, tools, or methods helped you bounce back faster or avoid tightness and overuse injuries?

    Any tips, experiences, or recommendations would be awesome!
