One day when i was out training, i heard a good one from my trainer and friend. I had just ran 10 miles with 15kg in my pack, and had litterally sprinted the last mile. I felt i was about to have a heart attack and the world was going to collapse from my backside. He just turned to me and said -

Too true i thought, and whenever i feel i'm dying again that wee thought helps me to get my second or third wind.
