hey, i was boared and i decided that i would wright a digital mt lesson, but keep in mind that this is a beta version and its not even half as long as the final one will be... just play it on the comp and follow along
to work this out you will need winamp.
and to make it work you will have to extrac the file textaloud MP3 into ure program files folder.... this is due to the playlist locations... so just take it out of the program files folder that gets created, then put it in ures.... after that just load the playlsit file
and reeber that its just a trial, to see if its a good idea or not.... any suggestions/comments are welcome and wanted.... im also looking for more drills to put in so post them too.
now the reason i made this is because i am at a 2 hour bus ride from my guym and cant make it up every day with work and school, and i really hate counting myself off ect. anyone can feel free to modify, change or use this in anyway, but if enuff ppl like the idea ill make it much longer/harder/better....
and also, if one of you can please type me out a stretching routine that i can add...... thank you.
