Go buy aheavy bag stand. I bought one from the recycler. recycler.com or any local newspaper that shows adds for junk people are selling. Mine cost about 125.00 U.S.. I had it for several years and never had a problem. I just gave it away to my friends mom.

I was surprised noone has mentioned this before...a heavy bag stand is PERFECT to use...

I made one myself (welded it out of steel..also made it adjustable in height) and i leave it out in the backyard (it's primered and all painted up to resist rusting)...when i get ready to hit the bag, i simply hang it up and go at it...
