    I was flipping through this months issue of Ultimate Athlete and they had this health article about how sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) loading 2 hours b4 high intensity exercise will help with your endurance. Just wondering if any of yall had any experience with this. Also, in case you are wondering the dosage is 300mg per kilogram of body weight.
