My good friend wants to know the following:
"i been working out on and off but im not getting the results i want. i just keep getting bulky. what im asking is if there is anyone that can help me out with a weight lifting program to get a ripped fighting body. my goal is to be very flexible and alot stronger so i can take more hits to the body. my legs arent that strong and when i get kick it dosnt feel that good. If anyone can help PLEASE.
