Thanks for that. Maybe I've been hit in the head more than I realised.

Re the nose - I can't be arsed. I'm sure doctors have more important things to do.

I was working on the one inch punch with my training partner. He had me hold up the phone book infront of my chest and he blasted me a few times.

The next day I looked down and my zyphoid process. The little bone thing at the bottom of your sternum was sticking straight out. It was so wierd. It looked like I had half an eggshell under my skin. I messed with it Then decided I was going to fix it. So I took a breath and started to push it down. It popped and crackled a bit but it basicly went back into place. it does stick out a little bit though.

Strangest damn thing you ever saw.
