During my TKD/Karate days, I always fought with my right leg forward since it was easier to execute lead kicks this way. However, since boxing has become the core of my fighting strategy, I assume an orthodox balanced stance with my left leg forward.
I’m curious as to how to kick effectively with the lead left leg. I’m interested in how Muay Thai fighters kick with their lead leg if it’s their left leg? I don’t seem to have a lot of power kicking with my left leg while in the front. What are some possible solutions or suggestions?
