  • Shins bruised

I noticed after a couple days of heavy bag shin kicks, my shins are a little bruised and fat, but they seem soft since there seems to be some fluid in the area. Is this normal? Does anyone else get these situations?

    Thanks!

I don't know about the fluid, but bone bruises happen. Just ice them. You might ask a coach/trainer about the fluid though.

      Thanks!
I'm not even positive if it is fluid, but im just assuming since it's a littler softer than usual.

Hey bud,you are getting what everybody in MuayThai goes through at one time or another,it is expected to happen.

If you never get bruised or hurt then you are not training hard enough.

As far as the fluid,I have no idea.
