Looking for a heavy bag

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a heavy bag, preferably one made for TKD/kickboxing, and one that doesn't have to be hung or anchored. I don't know how much they generally cost, but I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me where I could find a relatively cheap one, or even a used one. Maybe one of those water-filled ones. Thanx!
