  • Gym closed-Temporary training?

    hello all,

ive got a bit of a problem, my thai gym in UK has colsed for a while-ive already been off 4 a month and im desperate to get training again the only thing is ive been told its gunna be at least another few weeks --aaaahhhrrrgg

so does anybody have any ideas of what kind of training schedule i should stick to becasue im running out of ideas, ive also got to contend with the fact ive got shin splints which restricts me from running heavily

on top of that my bag in my room canniot be used cos the ceiling hook snapped! oh dear!

    thanks

Make up a curcuit of exercises to go through.

        like: 30 crunchies, 20 pressups, 30 squats

or squat and on the way UP throw a front kick (not when already up), try these in pyramids to stop bordem....5,10,15,20,15,10,5 or more.

if you cant run try any static exercise you usually do in the gym (i had to do loads when i broke my leg)

pressup pyramid, shadow box, squat, pressup pyramid...etc
