    I'd much prefer:

    L jab, R cross, L uppercut, R spinning elbow

(all those elbows would make me look like emu)

Since it was on a heavy bag I had to do them on the spot. I'll need to try it during sparring or something.

            YOU EVER BROKE ANY METACARPELS?
            Actually, I have. Twice.

PAY ANY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE SAYS BECAUSE HE DON'T KNOW SQUAT EXCEPT BROWNNOSING.
I have never claimed to be an expert in anything. In addition, I don't remember doing any 'brownnosing.' Do you even know what that word means? Since you almost certainly do not, I'll enlighten you. They are the small, fragile bones that are the back of your hand.

HE IS PROBABLY A CLOSET FAIRY AND INADEQUATE SEXUALLY (SMALL YOU KNOW)
I'm not going to even bother responding to your comments about another man's junk.

Stefan Leko has a decent spinning punch - but it almost always never connects. I think its more of a recovery move for him to get back into his stance after an exchange. The other times he uses it are when the opponent is back off - so he ends up hitting there guard. He's got good hands - but he should use that spinning punch a bit smarter for results.

Anyway. Here's one of my tricks with the spinning fist.

If you can do a Brazilian high kick with you right leg - then throw the kick (make sure its fast). You can choose to connect with the kick or use it as a distraction - as the kick passes over his head spin around very quickly with your left fist to strike him. Sometimes the kick can clear his guard and expose his face. This almost always works for me. And the nice thing is that you end up back into your stance and ready to finish him if he's stunned badly enough.

I'll go through my notes and dig up the others.

Oh yes. Ive used the spinning punch once in a street fight (one of very few fights). Ironically this was long before i even started Muay Thai.

Anyway. I reckon you have to use it smartly - dont use it when the fight is going down and everything is crazy.

Was in some argument with some idiot on the field. I could tell it was going to end in a fight. This guys likes cheap shots and wont think twise about hitting you when your back is turned. I just made as if i was trying to diffuse the situation with no intention of fighting. Made as if i was just gonna walk away from it all - but i was actually dead set on ripping his ****in head off.

So the argument reaches boiling point. He pushes me a few times. I back off saying i dont want any trouble. Then i make as if i walk past him (picked the position) - and as im just behind his left shoulder as he's turning - i whack him with my back fist. Caught him right on the nose and at the top of his lip. He fell down and was spazzing out on the ground like a complete idiot (bleeding a LOT).

So i just left him there and walked away. . . feeling quite bad that i had to resort to something like that.

But my hand did hurt a lot afterwards. There was something like a tooth mark on the knuckle of my right pinkie finger where i smacked him.

So kids - if you;re gonna use this in a streetfight make sure you use it at the right moment and with a spiked leather glove or metal gauntlet

                osu!

                  What's a brazilian high kick?

I like the idea of using it as a suprise attack.

Lizard: "I don't want to fight"
Bad guy: "Oh me neither I was only joking. let's be friends"
WHACK! Lizard: "haha! now I will take your shoes and sell them!"
