    Here's my workout footage which was taken the other day. Your suggestions / thoughts on my form, kicks, hands, footwork and combos would be greatly appreciated.

      Sorry that it took too much time to bring the movie files to this forum.

      For some odd reasons, I couldn't upload it at all here... So I made links to those files.

        You cant upload clips onto this forum

        Clips seem ok, try mixing in some push kicks & my favourite the jumping punch (forwards or backwards).

        maybe some downward kicks (thighs) & really low leg ones.

        But all in all it seems ok for home training.

          i was trained al tlltl diff

          i dont know im jusyt a beginer so mayb dats y im trained diff for now. I was told that with every punch u take a step as a way to carry the energy and i don't c u do that. Maybe its just me.
          How long have u been training. ooh ye last thing also i was taught that wen u make a kick u step to the side so if a person was to punch he would have lower chance of hiting u and u get a stronget kick out of it aswell.
          I mite be wrong im just saying thing dat i was told.
