

Push-ups : 15-25
Sit-ups : 20-50
Jumping-Jacks :175-200
Running : about 3mi a week or less (stop running for a while see no improvement)
Pull-ups : Last time I checked 0
Abs-workout : 50 (crunches)
Iron walk (special forces walk) : 10-15 then I am out of air.
I am a little hefty when I checked a medical examination site so I would like to be buff and stronger. I am about 179-189LBS.
