stolen tank rampages through american neighborhoods

remember this incident? some nutcase steals a tank from an armory and uses it to plow through neighborhoods until an officer gets onto the tank,opens the hatch and caps the guy. crazy.

i wonder why the army wasnt called in? luckily the tank got stuck and cops were able to kill the man, but if the guy hadnt gotten stuck? how would they have stopped him then?

LOL, remember this guy???? this guy was a disgruntled welder who bult his own armored bulldozer of death and went on his own rampage through neighborhoods. i think he had planned to raze the mayors office that day.
