what if that one world government was to then become too corrupt, what other power/government would be able to challenge it??

Governments don't challenge each other for corruption now for the most part (the US being an occasional exception); Also it's arguable that corporate power already exceeds some governments power. In the absence of some world political structure, corporatism could be it - which I think is one of the fears of the NWO conspiricists.

Democracy in theory is a fantastic idea. However reality is often far from the theory. How do you know who got the most votes? The media, be it television, radio or newspaper. Who controls the media? A select few people. Mostly Rupert Murdoch but others too.

Lets look at a hotly debated election. The American year 2000 elections. I'm not going into the particulars of this because there are plenty of other people who can do it better than myself. However it is known that Bush has heavy connections, familial connections with people in control of the balloting in that key state, Florida, and connections within Fox News. The Republicans also got several recounts from the High Court until it came into their favour, when the Democrats also requested a recount it was denied.

Democracy is the best system of government. But when the people can control the top.

Perhaps Kennedy wasn't a bad president. But someone did not liked him, so they shot him.

When the government will realize that they wont get no punishment they'll rob people. When people will get so powerfull that government will afraid of them its a country without a government.

People and government should alwase be two forces that are fightin for its benefit.
