    Tell me what you think...so far this lacks anything with a weapon or hardcore grappling work...but I think it's an okay progression for me to start working on to get me back in shape/ relearn lost mechanics. It's pretty rudimentary, but thrown in some advice...what would you want to add for yourself?

    moving forward
    moving back
    circling
    front to back
    corner/circle out

    Muay Thai
    stalking forward
    triangle (not like kali) replacing (to facillitate the rear kick)
    hop kick footwork

    Silat style foot sweeps and distruptions working on Base Angle Leverage principles.

    Its very common for someone who wants to get back into training to make a long shopping list of everything they are going to do. I've done it. Psychologically, it feels rewarding to set yourself that volume of material.

    In reality, you don't need about 90% of it. If you want to regain shape and mechanics, then start with the Thai and scrap everything else. Shadowbox, padwork, bagwork, sparring, conditioning. Thats it. The shape, and all of the mechanics, will return.

    Once you have those, the rest of your list will be a piece of cake.
