Need help finding local knife fighting and combat tactics training, AUSTIN TEXAS

I need some information on a good knife fighting training instructor/school in my area. I am willing to drive 30 min. I live in Austin, Texas. I have taken Judo for years in the past but have never learned how to fight with knives or other close combat weapons other than my Glock 27... I would also like to find a good martial arts school near me, no specific category... just a good place. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you and be safe

So...you carry a gun, and are willing to drive fairly far out of the way to learn how to kill somebody with a knife...and don't particularily care about the art or system, you just want to learn how to use an edged weapon.

For what utility? To what end?
