I got fedup with MA at the moment & on the Net, probablly all the bullshit flying around which you pointed out to me.

N E way im still trying to sort out my Love Pad at the moment which will probablly go into next year before i remove the Residents so until then im just lazing out and going up in weight (yes i need it) but im up 1/2 a stone since we last spoke so maybe next year i'll get back into some decent training.
