I teach some women or girls. Not defend but destroy. Women or girls got some stuff going for them. Using what's there is the key. Lots of stuff women or girls can do as good as a guy. Power is low mostly to start but comes up fast. Body gets stronger faster than guys in same amount of time. Bad mental state from Barbie doll culture is a big thing to get over. Tapping the animal side is a big problem too. It can be done. Good results for the ones that work at it. Have a couple of women or girls who beat up men more than they get beat up. Mostly physical for a few months then all mental. Women or girls learn faster than guys. No I'M A MAN stuff to block learning. Just a matter of mind being able to switch to animal and it's done. Much faster with women or girls then guys. 2 years max and then bad news for guys that push it with them. They are like roses. Look and smell pretty but thorns will make you bleed bad.

1) Pity the fool who crosses a true psychopath.

I don't feel they're psychopaths. Just women or girls who have lots of stuff inside they aren't allowed to get out. Terrible about date rape. Little I've been told makes me feel it is common. Guys copping feels in crowded places and such. No one has to put up with that stuff. Don't know about prison survival skills. Never been in jail. The women or girls I taught never told me about any jail stuff. Women or girls got pluses that can't be beat. They can get close to a guy w/out setting off alarms. I teach them lure then destroy. No time for guy to get over the shock. Bunches stronger than they look. Low balance point. Comes from root up the right way. Stronger than most guys 160 pounds or so. Hit like a horse kicks and do it while smiling. Angle face assassins. Wicked. I'm proud of myself for getting them there

Sorry osopardo I don't do the blind Internet date thing so no meeting anyone on some thread stuff for me Running is sometimes best. Not always possible and that's a big problem. Great cardio when trapped in a hallway or elevator doesn't hack it.
