LOL, fussing about it won't do any good, and there are no other places to go.
But it is only a minor part in the curriculum, so I am not gonna throw the who;e thing out.
It is odd and nonsensical, even the higher ranking instructors agree to a point...but it's the rule, what can you do. the rest of the organization is better than most, policy wise to assure safe training, just here it's a little too sensible.
