I found this site by searching for my own myspace URL, finding it in this thread
Anyway, my site just got a major update and I wanted to invite you all to contribute.
It's a database of Women's Self Defense tips, articles, and moves.
You can submit new ones, edit existing tips or moves (like a wiki) or rank them (5 star system) so the good stuff always appears on top.
It's designed to be user driven so I haven't posted anything yet myself, I just set it up and watch it go. I'd appreciate any contributions or memberships (it's totally free).
