Hi all,

My friend has just started training with us, and she wont tie her hair back at training because her ears stick out. Does anyone have any suggestions? She refuses to tie her hair back and i dont know what to suggest.

Tell her you find her ears too arousing, that you always snapped off your pole because you had a lob on during training. If she's your friend she'll do the right thing. You can also get cosmetic surgery to pin your ears back, or she could wear some big DJ headphones, a hat like the kids in south park...actually yeah thats the one. Wear some condom hat like tito ortiz used to.
