Women are advancing rapidly in sport to perform at the level of their male counterparts.
While, I admit, at this time, female powerlifters are not competing with the same amount of weight as men.. I also must say that is really splitting hairs.
We are talking in the context of fighting, not at the highest extremes of strength based sports.
So, you are right: At the highest level of powerlifting, the male physiology seems to show an advantage. But that is taking my statement out of the context in which it was intended : combat athletics.
However, powerlifting has been a male dominated sport for centuries - women only just entered it recently. Give em time, brother. Give em time. Those girls will learn to play with us, and make us pay, too.
And we'll be happy for it, when it gets here.
