Not directly wrestling, but very useful to wrestlers is the Gracie series of DVDs. ie Brazillian Jiu-jitsu.

    # favorite wrestling books

I've read books by Eddie Guerrero, Hulk Hogan, Batista, Chris Jericho, DX, Shawn Michaels, and Jerry lawler. I found all of them to be quite good, and I liked Chris Jerichos book : 'A Lions Tale' the best.

Wrestling - The Takedown - The Making of a Champion" By Bob Douglas my choice but Winning Wrestling Moves" By Mark Mysnyk, Barry Davis, Brooks Simpson is also a great book to check out also but like jubaji said books arent the way to learn if you have not learned anything hands on.

    all time favorite wrestling dvd:

    win the wiining edge

    Pin 2 Win

its reeeeally pricey, but i got it for free. it categorizes by takedowns, bottom position, and top position. then it has chapters focused on miscellaneous moves after uve got those basics down...and a dvd chapter on rules and safety for parents.
