According to the New York Times, over 80% of people think they have a book in them. Do you? Do you want to write YOUR life story? A family member's? Someone else you know? Do you want to write a book about something you know a lot about (career, hobby, lifestyle etc)? https://mydoc.pub

Not directly wrestling, but very useful to wrestlers is the Gracie series of DVDs. ie Brazillian Jiu-jitsu.

    # favorite wrestling books

I've read books by Eddie Guerrero, Hulk Hogan, Batista, Chris Jericho, DX, Shawn Michaels, and Jerry lawler. I found all of them to be quite good, and I liked Chris Jerichos book : 'A Lions Tale' the best.

Wrestling - The Takedown - The Making of a Champion" By Bob Douglas my choice but Winning Wrestling Moves" By Mark Mysnyk, Barry Davis, Brooks Simpson is also a great book to check out also but like jubaji said books arent the way to learn if you have not learned anything hands on.
