Thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself:
I have been studying various forms of Martial Arts since 1984. I have studied Isshin-Ryu, Kempo, Tae-Kwon Doe, Aikido, Judo, "Freestyle" Karate and kickboxing.
I currently teach what I will call mixed martial arts - meaning that I draw from each of the styles I have studied and try to incorporate what I feel are the best theories and techniques they have to offer into a fully rounded training regimine.
I believe that Martial Arts has more to offer than just punches and kicks. Hopefully you will rareley have opprutunity to utilize that aspect of your training - although it is best to always be prepared - Respect, Discipline and self confidence, on the other hand, will benefit you in all aspects of your live.
K - I'll leave it at that for now - if you want to know more feel free to drop an e-mail.
------ / - respect
