Hi -
My name is Jason Erickson, and I've been practicing striking and grappling arts since 1991. Over the years I've done some teaching and competition. My last competition was the Midwest Submission Grappling Championship of 2002, in which I placed 2nd. If my schedule allows enough training time, I hope to return to competition this season.
I'm based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and am Minnesota's first Clubbell and Circular Strength Training coach certified by Scott Sonnon.
